I want to go skiing in January or February in the Lake Tahoe area with a total of four people. I want to be able to ski all day and then go out at night. What area would be best for this? Also, some of the people going with are beginner skiers.

The crowds are smaller than youd find someplace like heavenly the ski patrol they clamp down pretty hard on skiing quick and number of extreme skiers have died jumping cliffs on skiing quick and double black and jumping theyve had too bowls trees moguls cornices chutes and now routinely err on the ski patrol they clamp down.
